Wassily Kandinsky

Wassily Kandinsky was one of the pioneers of abstract modern art. He used color and form to evoke sight, sound, and emotion from the public. He was greatly inspired to create art that communicated with the sense of spirituality. He loved painting and desired to convey spirituality through abstract colors and forms that transcended physical and cultural boundaries. For my midterm project, I desire to create a piece of art similar to the style of Kandinsky's art displayed above. I enjoy this style of abstract art because it evokes emotion from people and is very intriguing to me.
