The artist that really stood out to me was Frida Kahlo and her still life painting of watermelons. The paining presented is one called "Coconuts" and also includes watermelons. This caught my eye and seems to have some connection to her final artwork. In the painting you can see some form of human animation on one of the coconuts. If you look closely you can actually see tears falling from what can be seen as an eye. I thought that this was very in tune with her emotions at the time and gives her final painting even more significance and a story.
