The Sol LeWitt Wall
I think the situation discussed in the article about Sol LeWitt's hidden painting was a bit eerie. Something about it seemed spooky to me, and I don't understand why the artwork was simply covered up before reselling the home to it's new owners. Also, I couldn't grasp the fact that the homeowners knew his painting had existed under their sheetrock, and they didn't do anything about it. I would be too curious and would have to chip away the paint to see the artwork hidden underneath. Even though they don't own it, they could have still admired it. Above is a different wall drawing by Sol LeWitt that I found fascinating.
