I agree with the final sentence in the short article which says "What art lover wouldn't scratch the paint?" It would be hard for me to know that a famous painting lies beneath my wall and not want to uncover it. I find it interesting that the instructions to reproduce the artwork is certified to be reproduced for whatever reason. I have never heard of a concept as such. I think it is a bit controversial, however, that the piece of work is not owned by the homeowner even though they bought the house with the work painted on their wall. In retrospect, it really does make sense to copyright the instructions for the artwork since the actual painting itself on the wall is not so worthy. Even if uncovered it wouldn't be as spontaneous as its original form. Nevertheless, i think it is unique and exciting to have a famous painting on your wall.
